Guideline for Abstract Submission for Oral/Poster Presentation
Last date of abstract submission is 15th July 2023.
- Registration for the conference is mandatory for the presentation.
- Original research, Case Report, in-vitro study, animal study, systematic review and meta-analysis relevant to Pharmacology will be accepted.
- Preference for oral/poster presentation should be mentioned
- Word limit for abstract – 350 in structured format structured abstract according to the checklists in given link: www.equator-network.org
- Last date of abstract submission is 15th July 2023.
- Structured abstract in doc/docx format should be submitted to aspicon23@gmail. com
Guideline for Oral Presentation
- Power-point presentation of not more than 15 slides.
- First slide should have the title, names of authors with affiliation details.
- Font size: Title 36 and body 24
- Lines per slide not exceeding 8
- Font:Times New Roman/Tahoma
- Adhere to a simple colour palette to ensure visibility of text against an appropriate background.
- Time allotted: 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions
Guideline for Poster Presentation
- Poster should be printed on flex of size: 36 inches width x 48 inches height
- Un-crowded diagrams and tables should be included.
- Font:Times New Roman/Tahoma
- Text should be visible from the distance of 3 metres.
- Adhere to a simple colour palette to ensure visibility of text against an appropriate background.
- Time allotted: 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions
